Favorite Activity: Chasing Flies

Fun Fact: Fitz is incredibly acrobatic and a trendsetter! She loves giving herself new challenges and was the first cat to jump from the cat walk down to our faux leaf cat tree (a distance of about 50 inches to a landing spot of only a square foot!) and inspired some of the other cats to try as well.

Fitz came to A Sanctuary Cafe as part of a family of eight cats. They were all relocated to Boston after being rescued from an overcrowding situation in Florida. Already familiar with being in close quarters with cats, they quickly found their footing amongst our other resident cats and bonded with their new human family as well.

She is independent, loving, and always greets her human caretakers by stretching out her long limbs using their legs or shoulders for leverage. She splits her time between the extremes, running high above our heads on the cat walk and napping low under a chair or bench. As you can see, she has never taken a bad photo.
